Friendship Route Opening and Privileges from the City Government
Post date: Sep 09, 2011 3:52:28 PM
The Friendship bridge linking Camella Homes I and Happyville Subdvision will open within the month and due to this, the CHAIN Board has heard its benefit to the city and its negative effects on our security as it was discussed by the homeowners in our FB groups and CHAINWorks Contact.
Due to this, the CHAIN Board has requested assistance to the Las Pinas City Hall. After negotiations have taken place in initiation of the CHAIN Board with the Las Pinas city government and Talon Dos Barangay, the following have been deliberated for our advantage:
The City Engineer office will construct a guard house on Camella side of the Friendship bridge and is for immediate implementation.
Barangay Talon Dos will provide 24/7 security guard for the guard house that will be constructed.
The City Engineer's office will construct a fence (hollow blocks with cyclone wire) to secure the Camella playground that will pass through the bridge.
Pedestrian gate will be constructed going through the CHAIN Multipurpose hall and office. Barangay Talon dos will then provide plants and landscaping. This is also for immediate implementation.
Starting 2012, the City Engineer's Office will construct a covered basketball court with a budget of P5 million.
