About CHAIN

Camella Homeowners Association, Incorporated (CHAIN) was founded in 1979. First election was held on June 11, 1979 and the Association's By Laws was approved and adopted by the members on July 28, 1979. In November 1979, the Association was registered with the Security and Exchange Commission under Certificate No. 89895 as a non-stock and non-profit corporation

Objectives

- To promote the common interest and foster close relationship and understanding among its members;
- Provide, operate and maintain services essential to the development of a happy community, and
- Promulgate and execute rules and regulation isn the administration of the affairs of the association.

Membership

All homeowners of Camella Homes 1 and 2, Talon dos, Las Piñas City, Metro Manila constitute the members of the Association. Lessees enjoy the rights and prviledges of a member except to hold any elective position in the Association. they also assume the duties and obligations of a member of the Association.

Everyone is encouraged to take active part in our community programs of be part of the various committee set by the organization.
